⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience at Orsini’s in Martinsburg while shopping for a new washer and dryer. John helped us throughout the entire process, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, and he took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured into buying something. John helped us compare the different options and made sure we found a washer and dryer that worked best for what we were looking for. It was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely seemed interested in helping us make the right decision rather than just making a sale. We really appreciate the customer service John provided and the overall experience we had at Orsini’s. If you’re looking for new appliances in the Martinsburg area, I definitely recommend stopping in and asking for John. We will absolutely be back for any future appliance needs!

I wish I could leave a new separate review for Orsini's. I would give them five ***** stars once again! I will update my previous review with an experience today. We purchase all of our appliances from Orsini's. We appreciate that they are local, family owned, and reliable. We had an issue with our beautiful four-door refrigerator, and needed to turn off the water behind it; it was too much for us. So I called them. They were able to send Shane and Ryan that same day who were friendly, polite and helpful. They looked at our refrigerator and helped identify the problem. Then they moved the refrigerator out, turned off the water and put it back in place. Later that day Chuck came. Chuck is excellent. He realized we needed a new fan which might have taken a week to arrive. However, seeing that the problem caused us distress, he came up with a solution and was able to come the next day to install a new fan. We were so happy! Chuck was on time, friendly, helpful, and certainly knew what he was doing. He explained what the problem was, how to avoid it in the future, and what he was doing to fix it. He replaced the part, hooked everything back up, pushed the refrigerator back, and took the old part with him. Whether it be on the sales floor, or coming to the home to make repairs, Orsini's people know what they are doing. They are reliable, on time, and their communication is excellent. ------------------- ------------------- Our old dryer broke down and we needed a new one quickly. So, we went to our favorite choice, a family owned, and operated store – Orsini’s. We like shopping there because they have a good selection of whatever we need for our home; and, we know that if something breaks down, we can rely on them for service. We found just the dryer we wanted and were even able to get it installed within a couple of hours! How is that for good service? The dryer was delivered and installed by Steven and Joe and they did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, were friendly, and respectful both of our property and our new purchase. After hooking our dryer up, they tested it to make sure it was running properly. Before they left, Steven explained all the features and answered our questions. What a great transaction this was. I’m glad we have Orsini’s locally. We look to them for all our home and appliance needs! Happy 4th of July everyone!

I had the pleasure of meeting Steven Snow and Trei Sager they came and installed my fridge and realigned the doors for me to make it work so the doors would not hit the cabinets or walls. They provided me with all the knowledge I needed and they were locals so I was able to ask about the schools for my kids if and when they attend as they told me they attended north and south middle and 👨🏾‍🎓 graduated. Great guys and I would recommend them as a team. They accomplished the task and was able to answer questions on their own 👍 I would recommend my kids to work at Orsini’s in the future. I need a dryer next so I’m hoping I’ll meet them again or have as good as service as they did. Great job 👏🏾 jobs fellas keep up the great work and I hope to see you soon on the next delivery 📦 🚚 .

Outstanding experience from start to finish I trusted Orsini’s with the appliances and installation for my kitchen remodel, and they absolutely delivered. From the moment I walked into the store, the experience was first-class. John was extremely knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect appliance package. He took the time to explain options, answer questions, and ensure everything aligned with my kitchen design and goals. Cecil and Dylan handled the installation, and their workmanship was excellent. They were meticulous with leveling, setup, and making sure everything was properly installed and fully functional. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Even after the remodel, the service and support remained top-notch. The entire team provided high-quality service from beginning to end. Orsini’s is absolutely deserving of 5 stars.
