As soon as I walked into the store, I was approached by a friendly smile named Elizabeth. This associate is a great listener, knowledgeable, and is very patient with customer questions and browsing. I communicated through the prime alliance website and made a couple of trips to the store and she was able to retain everything that was needed to know about my customer needs. Even though I ended up buying a dishwasher from another store, I would never hesitate to come back to Prime Alliance.

In the past 14 years, I have purchased numerous appliances for numerous homes from Prime Appliance most recently. I’ve purchased a stove, a refrigerator and a laundry set up from them. All within the past two years service and delivery has been outstanding pricing second to none outstanding to deal with sales people are great! Delivery and sent up employees are great and the service people have been great. Highly recommend any customer looking for appliances to take my advice and purchase through Prime Appliance.!!!!!!!!!

I’ve had great experiences with Prime Appliance in Superior. I’ve purchased both kitchen appliances, as well as a new washer, and I only have great things to say about the experience. The sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly while not being overly aggressive in trying to make a sale. Likewise, the delivery service is top tier. No damage was done to my home on either occasion and no mess was left to clean up either! Could not recommend highly enough.
