Called Fasco to fix my stove but the service call and parts before labor was going to be more than the range was worth so he told me it was time to get something else. Went to Fasco for the new one, shopping was easy, the staff was knowledgeable. Because I declined the maintenance on my old stove and still had to pay the service fee, I got the 10 year parts warranty to go with the range for free, which was a really nice touch. It got installed today, the guys who installed it were really nice and seemed to be having a good time. The turnaround was really quick, happy to have a new range and for a good price.

Friendly and helpful staff, absolutely good prices, knowledgeable, I don't know what else you could really ask for. I'll be happy to use this business's services again if I ever need to, but I think I did a pretty good job of fixing my stove. If not, I know where to go. Thanks guys!

I will go back for my next perches. 4/13/2026, Update I just had a service call on my dryer. They fixed my issue that quite possibly I created myself at no cost to me.
