We needed to refrigerator quickly as ours was dying, Daniel of the Janesville store helped us find the perfect fit that was available the next day! The Delivery went as planned and they removed our old refrigerator also so that was a bonus! It was a very positive experience from start to finish.

Worked with David Clemens for the second time in 4 months. I had a good idea about what I wanted. Speed was essential since I had a dead refrigerator at home. David quickly worked through several options and found a unit that met the size requirements, was in my price range, and will be delivered in 2 days. That is service you can't beat.

Called to let us know the item had arrived and set up a delivery date. Someone called to notify us they were 20 minutes away, on date of delivery. They took the item to the basement, and were careful going down the stairs and not to bang the item on the walls. Gave some instructions before leaving asked if I had any questions. Very good experience! I would recommend to family and friends.

John was a great sales representative. Told him everything I wanted and it happened. Delivery guys were great to work with. Got the new refrigerator in and they answered all our questions with professionalism.

Had a great experience buying my new dryer from Brother's Maine in Janesville, WI. Diane Hodges was the sales associate and was very friendly and helpful. Set up delivery and install within a day of purchase. Everything went smooth. Very happy with the service
