A great selection and the friendly, low-pressure salesperson carefully explained the differences between the models I was considering, then gave me time to think them over. Very please with his assistance, the models I chose were in stock, got delivery and installation scheduled for early next week — and I am thrilled about no longer needing to haul my household’s laundry to the laundromat every weekend!

Our microwave started acting odd so we called and spoke to El. She answered my questions and gave helpful info over the phone. We went to the business to purchase our microwave. The store was such a nice size, not overwhelming, but had a great variety of items on display. All staff were professional and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience. I had never been to Grand for appliances before. I was pleased with the salesman who assisted me in looking for a new electric range and microwave. He answered all of my questions and he pulled up the items on their website so I could see everything I wanted to before I made my decision. I appreciated his honesty and transparency about certain brands over others. I did not feel any pressure to purchase which is important to me. The delivery process was great and very informative. Overall, I would highly recommend Grand Appliance. The prices were fair, communication was excellent, and delivery was smooth. I have no complaints and will certainly use them in the future!

When looking for a new microwave and fridge, I shopped at Home Depot & Grand Appliance. While Home Depot might have been $150 less, when I asked for an estimate, then told me to place the products in a cart online and that would walk me through the charges while Derek @ Grand Appliance, printed me out an estimate so I couldn’t make a mistake. The delivery was amazing!! 3 guys came, had to take 2 outside doors off the hinges, found my water to turn it off and installed both appliances being SUPER careful not to damage anything in my home. They were super fun while they worked too!! Highly recommend for excellent customer service from sales to delivery!!
