Great process from start to finish. Since moving into our house, we've had to replace every major appliance and I kept going back to Orsini's. The sales people are great, the delivery people are so nice and do amazing work! This last time, we needed a new fridge as the one that came with the house wasn't worth fixing. We picked out the one we wanted, bought it, and on the drive home, the sales guy called me and said to me they had the same exact refrigerator, but not the "premium" brand, this one was cheaper, nearly identical, and they could get it to me the next morning! Not often will a place do that, but thank you for doing right by your customer! Our new fridge arrived, and it's fantastic. Thanks Mike (sales) and the install crew! No offense, but I am hoping with having replaced everything we won't need to see you all until we saved up to have the kitchen remodeled.

I had the pleasure of meeting Steven Snow and Trei Sager they came and installed my fridge and realigned the doors for me to make it work so the doors would not hit the cabinets or walls. They provided me with all the knowledge I needed and they were locals so I was able to ask about the schools for my kids if and when they attend as they told me they attended north and south middle and 👨🏾‍🎓 graduated. Great guys and I would recommend them as a team. They accomplished the task and was able to answer questions on their own 👍 I would recommend my kids to work at Orsini’s in the future. I need a dryer next so I’m hoping I’ll meet them again or have as good as service as they did. Great job 👏🏾 jobs fellas keep up the great work and I hope to see you soon on the next delivery 📦 🚚 .

He took the time to explain options, answer questions, and ensure everything aligned with my kitchen design and goals. Cecil and Dylan handled the installation, and their workmanship was excellent. They were meticulous with leveling, setup, and making sure everything was properly installed and fully functional. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Got our second appliance from Orsinis today and couldn’t be happier! Cecil and Dillon delivered our fridge and hauled the old one out and they couldn’t have been any more efficient, tidy or polite! Their customer service is impeccable and they are always so friendly! It’s nice to work with local people; it’s like having neighbors come over to help with your home improvement! We also got a good recommendation on an oven vent hood that would fit in our space and look good with the new fridge! Looks like we will be calling them again soon!
