OUTSTANDING SAME-DAY SERVICE WHEN I NEEDED IT MOST! Yesterday my refrigerator unexpectedly quit working and the freezer was already thawing. With the weekend approaching, I was afraid I'd lose all of my food. I called Bemis Appliance, and Larry immediately went to work finding a solution. He helped me find a refrigerator they had in stock and arranged for same-day delivery. Just a couple of hours after leaving the store, Damian and his delivery partner arrived at my home. They were professional, friendly, and went far beyond what I expected. They carefully removed my old refrigerator, installed the new one, made sure everything was working perfectly before they left, and even cleaned the floor and wall behind my old refrigerator while it was out! That kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days. From the salesperson to the gal who processed the paperwork to the delivery team, everyone treated me like they genuinely cared about helping me. Thanks to Larry, Damon, and the entire Bemis team, what started as a very stressful day ended with everything back to normal in just a few hours. I highly recommend Bemis Appliance!

Purchased a GE washer to replace Whirlpool. Delivery & process of testing prior to leaving with old unit was professional, but Damian and Jackson were just enjoyable to speak with. Bemis Appliance has been very dependable and my wife and I have returned multiple times. We recently worked with Nathan Gano and purchased a new washer and dryer. Nathan was friendly and knowledgeable. Alberto and Allan delivered and installed our new machines quickly. Alberto was able to reroute the dryer vent line when it was unexpectedly discovered that our old machine was side vented. Great service. We will definitely be back again.

I have never purchased an appliance over the phone until now. My sales person sent me what I was looking for via email I made my choice and it was delivered the next day. The delivery guys were great showed at the time promised. They even hauled away the old appliance at a reasonable price. Every part of this transaction went so smoothly I highly recommend buying from Bemis!!!!!
