They guy was great told us what we needed to do to find the problem with my dryer and did not over charge for that product. Thank you for your great customer service. I will be telling people you are the place to go for appliance parts.

Excellent expert knowledge and customer service. Was struggling with understanding all the endless variety in dishwashers, features, serviceability and reliability between models. Michael was incredible at explaining all the ins and outs to a layman just needing to get his family a dishwasher that fit their needs. This is the local company to do business with when needing appliance repair, service, or a replacement appliance!

They are a company that goes the extra mile. I just know it's because they care. For a couple of times they've gotten me through some rough spots with one of my appliances . . .I truly am grateful to them and wish them the best. They deserve it.

I had an issue with my old washer. I called them and asked to have a part put in that I bought and couldn’t figure it out. They were so kind and came out and put in one screw and shook my hand and left. This small business is one to support. Fantastic people to work with.
