Dependable Appliance provided outstanding service! Mike came out to the dental office I manage within a day, arrived with the necessary parts already on hand, and had our dryer repaired in about an hour. He was professional, efficient, and super friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dependable Appliance for fast, reliable service!

Summary of experience: 1. Technician ignored the video I had of where the leak was, 2. Technician focused on an area under the pump, wasn't leaking there, it was leaking where the door shuts, 3. Didn't use his phone to record what he said he was seeing, 4. Didn't explain how the parts he wanted to order would stop the leak I was experiencing, 5. Even started to suggest I needed a water softener, lol, ok, in Pasco, where we get all our water from the river (not an aquifer). If felt like taking the car in for low tire pressure and the tech was adding on an oil change and air filter, which maybe it needed, but that didn't fix the low tire pressure. I was right there. Why wasn't he taking a video/picture to show me what he was seeing? Why put the whole thing back together and then tell me "here's what I saw, here's what will fix it?" IMO they need to set some high standards, be fully transparent, use their camera, video to support their repair plan. BTW, some of the parts suggested, were $30ea and I could replace them in 3 seconds, like the spray arms.

I had to call GE for a warranty repair on my washing machine and they sent out Dependable Appliance to help. First impression, great communication! They called to give me a time window and see if I had any questions before the appointment. Matthew came out, was very friendly, and made sure to explain the process and next steps to me. He completed the repair recommended by GE very quickly! Well the issue wound up being something else, but the warranty company had already closed the ticket. They came out again anyway to help! And even walked me through next steps I could take to make sure my machine was taken care of. The machine ended up being marked “unrepairable” by the warranty company and is being replaced. Will definitely call them if needed in the future!
