I can see why this place comes so highly recommended! Amanda, one of the owners, helped me through the entire process and was extremely friendly. She answered all my questions as I browsed and contemplated for probably longer than necessary! I couldn't wait for an upcoming sale to make my purchase, and she even honored that sale price for me just as a very kind gesture. Highly recommend for excellent service and integrity from a local business.

I recently stopped at Welch's appliance store, looking for a specific bolt for my washing machine. Amanda greeted me when I entered the store and noticed the bolt I was holding in my hand. She said looks like a hold down bolt for an agitator on a washing machine. She was absolutely correct. She then spent several minutes removing the rubber gasket from the bolt and explained to me that she has 100 of the bolts but that she can't get the rubber washer. She then told me, no charge for the bolt. I wanted to pay her for this special bolt and for her time carefully removing the rubber washer so that I could reuse it. Talk about going above and beyond with customer service. I was able to finish my project at home thanks to Amanda.

I hired a technician before I went to Welch’s in search of a new refrigerator. I learned they do in house service. I signed up thank goodness I did. A very knowledgeable service technician, named Taylor came. Within 4 minutes he knew exactly what was the problem - my freezer door had not been shut all the way. That’s what caused all the ice to form. When he said that I remembered seeing my door wasn’t at some Pryor time wasn’t shut. And closed it. Then he thawed all the ice. Checked the heater. It’s fine. Put everything back My refrigerator is doing just fine.the first technician said I had a Freon leak and I need a new compressor. My advice to everyone if you have problems with an appliance call Welch’s. Their technician have the training and knowledge and they tell you the truth. Plus if you’re thinking of buying an appliance go check their store. I bought my washer and dryer from there in 2007 and it still works.i highly recommend them.

What a wonderful experience at Welch's Appliance! The woman working (I forgot her name) was so helpful and I was in and out in 10 minutes with a washer for delivery in 2 days! The price is great and delivery charge is fair as well! Welch's, you have a customer for life! You guys are great!! Customer Service is #1 (Which is rare nowadays!)
