Welch's Appliances

I hired a technician before I went to Welch’s in search of a new refrigerator. I learned they do in house service. I signed up thank goodness I did. A very knowledgeable service technician, named Taylor came. Within 4 minutes he knew exactly what was the problem - my freezer door had not been shut all the way. That’s what caused all the ice to form. When he said that I remembered seeing my door wasn’t at some Pryor time wasn’t shut. And closed it. Then he thawed all the ice. Checked the heater. It’s fine. Put everything back My refrigerator is doing just fine.the first technician said I had a Freon leak and I need a new compressor. My advice to everyone if you have problems with an appliance call Welch’s. Their technician have the training and knowledge and they tell you the truth. Plus if you’re thinking of buying an appliance go check their store. I bought my washer and dryer from there in 2007 and it still works.i highly recommend them.

They were extremely responsive and helpful to me when I needed a very small obscure part. I drove out to them and they were willing to help me quickly. When I offered to pay, they said don’t worry about it. They were the fourth store I went to that day, but they will be the first next time I’m searching for something I need related to an appliance.

What a wonderful experience at Welch's Appliance! The woman working (I forgot her name) was so helpful and I was in and out in 10 minutes with a washer for delivery in 2 days! The price is great and delivery charge is fair as well! Welch's, you have a customer for life! You guys are great!! Customer Service is #1 (Which is rare nowadays!)

Today was the first time I’d called on Welch’s needing help on an oven repair. They were outstanding. From friendly service on the appointment call, pre-arrival messaging and actual service, all top notch. Taylor was friendly and educational, answering my questions and walking me through his repairs. And pricing for the service call and repair was more than fair. I’ll use and recommend them to anyone asking.
