My husband and I recently purchased a high end Electrolux Washer and Dryer set from DeWaard and Bode and we were beyond happy with our experience from start to finish. We worked with team member Daniel and he provided such professional, attentive, educational, personal, informative and friendly service - not high pressure sales. From first connecting with him via phone before coming in, to when meeting in person he listened to what we were looking for and needed, asked important questions on our laundry needs from if we had pets or kids to what we washed and dried the the most. He presented washer dryer units from different brands and budgets and the pros and cons of each. He assisted with setting up delivery, installation AND informing us of all rebates extended for our purchase, which was $350 worth! Delivery and installation team was professional, friendly and efficient and communication appreciated. We have been DeWaard and Bode customers for a long time and have purchased other appliances through the years. We will continue to support this local company with staff from our community who care!
