I had a great experience working with Oleg today! He was able to come over same day and quickly diagnose the issue with a leaking washing machine. After identifying the main issue, he also inspected other common problem areas with that particular machine model so he could give a complete estimate of the cost of repair and solid advice on how to proceed. I had an excellent experience with the technician, Oleg— who fixed my washing machine yesterday. The unit is in an extremely tight, stacked setup in my townhouse, and multiple professionals before him said it was nearly impossible to even get it out—let alone repair it. Oleg was simply terrific! I called him in the late afternoon and he was there within an hour - I was not expecting same-day service, let alone only an hour wait.
