Metropolitan Appliance

We just purchased a stove from Metropolitan Appliance in Seattle. Chelsea our sales rep took time to answer all our questions. We bought a popular GE profile model and Metro offered a lower price (by $100) than the big box stores and online vendors. Their delivery & removal was more reasonable than competitors (watch out for cord cost add on and other charges at big box) and their in-house delivery techs were top notch. Everything went smoothly from selection, payment, delivery and setup. We hope to not need to replace anything else - but if we do we will be back to MetroA.

To mirror what other customers have said they were: Fast, efficient, and friendly! Old fridge removed, and new one installed within the 2 hour window they specified, and within 24 hours of our visit to the store. They problem solved when the unit was tight through our door and they put everything back in order and cleaned up afterwords, and were so patient when our dog howled in the other room the entire time… we’ve bought appliances from them a couple of times and really just, what a great team!

I have worked with Metropolitan Appliance for many home remodels and have always had an exceptional experience, from receiving initial proposals from Margaret Robey through final delivery and installation. Margaret is consistently helpful whenever I have questions or need to make changes to product selections. The delivery and installation team, Juan and Marcos, were also excellent at their jobs.

Highly recommend Metropolitan Appliance. Artemio and his installation team did a great job and made sure everything was installed correctly. I originally bought the same washer and dryer from Costco, but they sent three different installation teams and none of them could complete the installation. Metropolitan Appliance may be a bit more expensive than the big box stores, but the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of the installation team made it well worth it.
