Update: As of yesterday a new fridge was sent. They actually sent two for me to take my pic from. The delivery guys are amazing. Im satisfied that my problem was resolved so quickly. I purchased a used fridge 3 weeks ago… it no longer works. They sent one out two days later that’s FULL of black and pink mold. No one wants to make this right or fix this issue I had to call Fredericksburg store just to be given the run around once more. Now they say they’ll send one tomorrow. This has been a headache my newborns baby milk isn’t able to be stored in the fridge. All my $500 worth of grocers Dow the drain. I keep asking to speak to a manager or owner and never get to. Please take your money elsewhere. Midlo store has horrible customer service

I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Enrique at the Midlothian store. He was very knowledgeable about the different products which gave me the incentive to make a good choice. He was also courteous. The men who delivered my purchase were also very nice and were mindful of doors and walls as they made the transition. I will be shopping here again for my next appliance need.
