I had an outstanding experience with East Coast Appliance, thanks to the technician, Steve. He expertly installed our new oven with exceptional skill and professionalism. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly and working exactly as it should. Steve’s attention to detail and pride in his work really stood out. He answered all of my questions, left the area spotless, and made the entire installation process stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. If you’re using Coast Appliance, I highly recommend asking for Steve. He is a true professional, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Thank you, Steve, for a job exceptionally well done! In general, my whole experience was flawless and I would buy again from East Coast Appliance!!

I had a fantastic experience with my refrigerator delivery. The delivery team was incredibly communicative from start to finish, keeping me informed every step of the way. They were friendly, polite, and took the time to explain how to use the appliance, along with what to do if I have any questions or concerns down the road. What really stood out was how conscientious they were. They gave me time to clean the space after removing the old refrigerator before installing the new one, which I truly appreciated. Despite their attention to detail and care, the entire process was completed efficiently in about 30 minutes. Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most professional delivery experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Our new washer and dryer were just delivered and they’re already in use! We love them. We had researched washers and dryers before we went into East Coast Appliance and we had purchased a refrigerator from there before as well. We are very comfortable with the sales people at the store. We worked with Seth, who also sold us the refrigerator six months earlier. He was very knowledgeable about Washers and dryers, the differences in brands, and the differences in the same brand. We knew we wanted the LG appliances and he helped us select the best models for us. We also bought a dishwasher from there and it will be installed next week. We highly recommend the store to anyone looking for new appliances. They stand behind their work. They do the deliveries and installations themselves, not using a third-party contractor for this. In summary, we are very happy with the purchases we have made and with East Coast appliance!

Great experience with this store. The sales guy Logan was awesome, he was able to get me a extra discount on top of the memorial day discount. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 because no one told me that the refrigerator didn't come with a filter. So I couldn't test to insure the guys installed the waterline correctly until I get a filter. But other than that great price and everyone there was nice

I had a good experience with Jordan while in the store. He helped me find what I wanted and had it ordered for me on the same day. The delivery guys were nice but they struggled to get it in my house. They had to take my door off as well as all the doors and drawers on the fridge. It took them a while to get the water to work. Unfortunately, I was late to my nieces birthday party (this was a Saturday) so I glanced over everything and left. I didn’t inspect it thoroughly until that night when I got home. I was cleaning the inside and I noticed a ton of scratches. Since it was after they closed, I called the next day to report this. John was less than friendly. He kept talking over me and telling me I should have called the same day. I explained that the paperwork I signed said I could call within 24 hours which is what I did. I sent pictures and he said they would call me back that day. They didn’t. Not surprising. I had to follow up twice and Jordan finally called me and said his manager was going to send me a $150 check. Yall. This fridge was over $3k and was supposed to be BRAND NEW. $150 is a joke and they know it. Beware, if you are not satisfied, they don’t care and they offer you embarrassing compensation. I am a Regional for a big property management company in the area so I am very familiar with customer service, and this is not how you are supposed to treat your customers. Extremely bad for business. Super disappointed and won’t be recommending them to anyone.
