My refrigerator decided to stop working yesterday. I called around quite a few repair places and most of them would have not been able to come until sometime next week or three weeks out. One of them said they do not work on anything that wasn’t bought from them. One person said he would call me back if he got finished earlier today. Considering this is a Friday, I stood to lose some food and be without refrigeration for a while. Apparently George’s appliances does not work that way. They MADE TIME today to come out and repair my fridge which was iced over really bad on the coils in the freezer. I am elated and extremely pleased with the service I received today. Friendly, professional and very reasonable repair. If you are ever in a pickle, they do work on emergency’s fast. Thank you, thank you Karin G.

Our ice maker stopped working and so arranged a service call through whirlpool. My husband has called several times and left messages and texted to find out how much the service call will be. They have never returned our call and there is no option to cancel the service call. They are due to come in 2 days. Whirlpool should not use them.

Tenant situation here: I was extremely impressed by Benjamin. He came to the door with all the tools in hand to fix our dishwasher that wouldn’t drain. We asked him several questions about issues we’ve had over the years and he answered each of them carefully and diligently. Very honest and well spoken. Highly recommend Benjamin for all your repair needs!

Please do not use this company. We had them come look at our dryer because it was not working and we couldn’t figure out why. When they finally responded to my inquiry, they came out to do what they said would be half an hour service call to see what was wrong and or fix the issue if possible. The guy showed up and was at our house for MAYBE 10 minutes. He barely spoke to us but when we asked why he was leaving he said he couldn’t help, it was our ducts. Lo and behold, after having our ducts cleaned and seeing no improvement, we had another company come to ACTUALLY help us, and they took a lot longer to really evaluate the problem and fixed the dryer. Then I get a call about a week later about our bill. I told the lady I spoke to that I would like her to speak with the tech because he did practically nothing and yes I am still happy to pay the bill, but I’d like to hear back about this. I have heard nothing, and we are at months later now and I receive my bill again in the mail. Terrible customer service and they did not even fix our issue.
