Replaced heating element in my 8-year-old Samsung dryer. Excellent service. I provided model number in advance and received an estimated quote. Technician demonstrated with voltmeter that existing one was bad, and demonstrated that new element was good. Technician's English was limited, but he was good at fixing my dryer. Hopefully it will continue working for another 8 years. (I watched YouTube video of how to replace a heating element - you don't want to do this yourself.)
