Had a great delivery experience of our new washing machine. The team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They didn't complain once about stairs, heat, or a tight location to install. They tested everything before they left and made sure i was happy with everything. Very pleased.

Went in for a washer lid lock switch for a hotpoint washer. I had the switch in hand the man stated he never seen the piece before and kept on confirming that it came off the washer. He even explained he needed a part number to even look up the information cause he never seen the part before. I explained several times it did. I really needed one asap. I looked online through the manufacturer website as well as other sites. The manufacturer was $15 higher than the other sites. I was instantly informed if he got it then it would be triple than any price online because he orders directly from the manufacturer. I immediately left will never go back there again.
