Treated me very well when I was concerned about something and assured it was corrected immediately. I'd recommended the anyone looking for a great washer and drawer and a good price. I wanted to update my original review. We purchased a dryer from Appliance Worlds back in November/December. Unfortunately, the dryer caught fire, which was obviously a very scary experience. After speaking with the manager, they were able to locate our purchase and worked with us to make things right. They offered a fair solution, compensated us for our loss, and helped us get a replacement dryer at a fraction of the cost. The entire process was easy, and everyone we dealt with was kind, understanding, and professional. While I wish the situation had never happened, I truly appreciate how they resolved the issue. Their customer service made all the difference, and I'm grateful for the way they handled everything.

I came in on a Sunday. Staff was cool.. allowed me and my kids to browse freely while also being available for questions. Once I explained what I was looking for I was showed several options that fit my request. My washer (and I think most others as well) included a warranty. I paid $100 for delivery from a 3rd party contracted thru the store. They were very pleasant and professional, delivering my item the next day. My machine works beautifully. I will be visiting this store for my future appliance needs. Thank you for being a convenient, reasonably priced option.

Looked at new prices, then started looking for discount stores. Faizon helped me pick out a washer that fit my needs & price. Unfortunately there was a problem with the washer. I went in and they looked at possibly fixing it, determined it was not a quick fix and offered me a comparable replacement. No fuss, no muss. Let me also say they offered both choices and that it was up to me. Easy & friendly. Definitely recommend and will buy from them again in the future.
