SuperStore Furniture Appliances Electronics

I've bought appliances and electronics over the years from SuperStore and have been pleased with the service. This was our first experience buying furniture. We purchased a new couch (not one in stock) and were able to select options. It turns out, that unlike with appliances, SuperStore Furniture *does not* take away old furniture. We knew that, because we asked. The only response was "We're separate from them. We can't do that." We were given a card of someone they suggested, but were told that they weren't sure if they were still doing it anymore. Sure enough, when we were notified that the couch was in and ready to be delivered, we called the person and were ghosted. We ended up using Grunts Move Junk (who are great by the way). But, be aware, having an old couch taken away will cost anywhere from $ 200 and up in this area, no matter who you get a quote from. We had to move a fair amount of stuff so we could get the old couch out and the new one in, so we wanted to coordinate the two activities. All in all, it was quite a pain, and the best we could do (because SuperStore would only give us an early morning, one day of the week time slot) was to have the old couch taken away the day before. So, unless you don't need to dispose of your old furniture, or have a way to do it yourself, beware. I can see no real reason for their refusal to do it themselves. It would have been so much more convenient. With their appliances, I paid a reasonable pickup and disposal fee, and it was easy-peasy. Almost every other furniture store in the area will do it. Given that, even though we like our new couch, we will never buy furniture from them again.

We purchased a GE profile double oven range from them. It was an expensive investment for us. Just after our warranty expired, we started having issues with erratic, temperatures that made roasting and especially baking, pure guesswork. I called for service and they sent someone who told us it wasn’t worth fixing and we should replace it. It was a $1600 range. I decided to put up with the problem for quite a while and then finally called Bouchard Pierce for service. Although they hadn’t sold us the range, they gave us an appointment and within two weeks, at a very reasonable price, fixed the problem which was quite simple to resolve.

We had super selection & service. Natali was best with helping us with selecting , details for pickup connected us with warehouse . At the warehouse our pickup was ready to go - it was wrapped and ready, the loading dock guy was super helpful loading , and tips for unloading setting up and how “lazy boys “ backs come off! They both made our experience beneficial for our set up. We are very happy with service .We bought our beds and dressers ! we will shop again at Super store .
