We had excellent service experience with Brook valley. We purchased our entire kitchen suite 23 years ago and just recently had to replace our subzero. Sales, service and installation was great.

Brook Valley Appliance is our go-to for appliances at our home. We’ve purchased a hot tub, vacuum, and several larger appliances through them, and they’ve always been knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We also really value that they provide ongoing service and maintenance for what they sell. It’s so nice having a reliable local company we trust and can keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

The folks at Brook Valley, Jennifer in particular, were remarkably helpful in identifying and obtaining the proper vent hood that would fit into our complicated kitchen space. They were very knowledgeable about their products and worked easily with our contractor. This is the fourth appliance we have purchased from them and we will continue to use them.

The hot tub was delivered by a crew of four. After taking it off the trailer, it was placed on a pad and slid over to the deck, then up the steps to the deck surface. After positioning it in place, I was given an informative owner's package. It was a smooth operation. Impressive!

Our experience with Brook Valley Appliance has been 5 stars from when we first walked into the showroom through delivery and follow up. Steve is the ultimate professional with a thorough knowledge of the appliances. He stayed on top of the process start to finish; he made it easy. The delivery crew is great, and the guys on the service team are exceptional. We have endorsed Brook Valley Appliance to our contractor and our friends. Keep up the good work.
