Brook Valley Appliance & Svc

The folks at Brook Valley, Jennifer in particular, were remarkably helpful in identifying and obtaining the proper vent hood that would fit into our complicated kitchen space. They were very knowledgeable about their products and worked easily with our contractor. This is the fourth appliance we have purchased from them and we will continue to use them.

Excellent experience. Our microwave died and we needed a new one right away. They had several in stock. The first one my wife brought home was too big to fit in the space we had. She returned it for a smaller one and they even gave us a refund on the spot since it was a little less than we had paid for the original. Good people!

After having a bad experience with another big named appliance store in the area, my wife and I decided to check out Brook Valley. The building was easy to find, and parking was a little weird but nothing terrible. I really liked the layouts and different showroom areas they had setup. We came in looking for a new range, and we were warmly greeted and helped out shortly after arriving. We explained to the guy what we wanted, and he not only helped us find what we needed, but he didn't try to upsell us for a more expensive model. In fact, he set us up with an induction range that was on sale. I don't remember his name, but he was very helpful. They helped us load the range in my truck, and we were off. All in all, we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back for several other appliances that need replaced.
