Shawn came by this morning to help with a relatively new washer which suddenly stopped working. He was on time, personable, and had the machine back up and running in a half-hour. He also shared practical advice on why the malfunction occurred and how to keep it from happening again anytime soon. He even adjusted my fridge settings without being asked. I highly recommend AA and they now hold a place of honor in my landlord rolodex. Thanks, Shawn!

Found Shawn online after calling two local appliance stores because I needed help with a Miele Dishwasher. It wouldn’t drain right. There is hardly anyone in this area that can fix a Miele dishwasher except Shawn. Shawn was quick to respond to a text message I sent him and fit me into his schedule within 2 hours of contacting him. He was super knowledgeable and very professional.
