Shawn is very responsive and professional. Over the many years, we have called upon Advanced Appliance usually in an emergency state - to resolve a washer or dryer issue, and he has always been able to solve it quickly. I appreciate that he runs a local, small business and that he cares about customer service. He also readily explains what he is doing without making you feel dumb for asking! Recommend!

Shawn came by this morning to help with a relatively new washer which suddenly stopped working. He was on time, personable, and had the machine back up and running in a half-hour. He also shared practical advice on why the malfunction occurred and how to keep it from happening again anytime soon. He even adjusted my fridge settings without being asked. I highly recommend AA and they now hold a place of honor in my landlord rolodex. Thanks, Shawn!

Shawn was fantastic! He was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly, which I really appreciated.
