We have been using Appliance Connection exclusively for 8 years for our appliance needs and the prices are unbeatable, their customer service wows, and delivery is a dream. Yesterday Daniel and Quincey delivered or new fridge to Stafford and moved the old working fridge to the basement. There were narrow margins for fitting everything through doorways, but they worked like a well oiled machine and it was super impressive to watch and listen to. They gave us all the info we needed to know before departing and were so friendly. We will continue to use them as long as we are within their delivery radius! Thank you, Appliance Connection!

My wife and I had a great experience shopping for major kitchen appliances. It was a very pleasant experience working with the same person through entire process. Andrew was very patient, knowledgeable about every appliance, familiar with approximate time of the day when Appliance Connection delivery and installation personnel arrive in Woodbridge to deliver appliances. It was so much easier and much more of a pleasant experience than our prior experiences when purchasing kitchen and laundry appliances from Lowe's and Home Depot and scheduling delivery and installation - both of them leave much to be desired. Both Lowe's and Home Depot now have a policy that one has only 48 hours to report a defective appliance for a full money back return.

This is the place to buy appliances. They have the high end appliances, special orders such as big freezers etc. A professional salesman, more a consultant really, listens to your needs and provides specific advice to your needs. If you know what appliance you want, an expert will sell it to you. Expect installation and delivery service if you need it or wanted. The owners are great. Marty Nohe is extremely popular in Prince William county. I love the fact that he let onemillioncup use their huge lobby for local entrepreneurs to meet once a week. Marty also helps the PW Salvation Army service chapter in Woodbridge with food donations and if a “deep freezer” is not working we know whom to call. Thanks Marty. Your show room is beautiful and there is so much to choose from. Your staff is top notch and very friendly.

Great experience as always at Appliance Connection, and my old friend Marty Nohe . I wasn't really planning on a new range, but here we are, since the old one is now kaput. And induction with a built in air fryer, to boot! Joseph was a huge help in guiding our narrowing of options. Plus we're leaving with the floor model in the trunk so we don't even have to wait for delivery! Beautiful new location showroom as well. I highly recommend this place to all.

Where do I start? We had a dryer that was on it's last legs. We knew we were going to have to get another one but our last delivery experience with Lowes was a disaster. I Googled appliances and found Appliance Connection. After reading their reviews, we decided to stop in. Our salesman, Scott, came over and asked what we were looking for. He helped us decide between the various models that they have. We didn't feel pressured at all. We decided to finally replace our old kitchen appliances based on how we were treated. The showroom has a lot of choices. We have an older townhouse with a smaller kitchen so of course we had size limitations. Scott was very thorough as he looked up items we were interested in. We were able to schedule our deliveries to fit our schedule with no problem. Dan and Quincy were very helpful especially taking time to explain the features of my dryer. They were very careful about bringing the dryer without damaging anything. The stove, hood, dishwasher and refrigerator were delivered together. K and Eric were the delivery team that came out. They were very careful and everything looked great.Unfortunately, we needed a valve put in for the dishwasher. We had a plumber out and it was done that evening. K had left the dishwasher with us and Sandy had rescheduled us for Monday to install it. Imagine how surprised we were to get a call the next day (Friday) asking if they could come out today. I said of course. K did a wonderful job getting the dishwasher in. We are so happy with the sales and delivery service they provided. If we need anything else, we'll definitely go to Appliance Connection again. Their prices were very competitive. The sales people are very friendly and you are treated like they appreciate you. You won't get that at the big box stores.
