This is the first time my wife and I used this repair service. First I spoke to Anne over phone, she was open, honest and informative about their policies and fees. She was very polite to talk to. She kept us informed as to what time the technician would be coming over. Larry our service technician arrived on time. He was polite and friendly. Easily diagnosed the problem with our Samsung Washer. Larry made the repair to the washer. He was courteous and very nice to deal with. Larry informed us if we had any problems within 90 days of the repair they would come back out with no service charge. They came out to my house in a timely manner and diagnosed my heat pump. My compressor was shot so the next day I had a new unit installed by mobile appliance repair inc. they were all professional and It was up and running rather quickly in a few hours. Me and my wife were very satisfied by the workmanship this company provided. 10 years later my capacitor failed and they came out and replaced it in 100 degree weather so now I’m back up and running again thanks to mobile appliance repair inc.

Called Monday morning around 1030 and the tech was at my door by 1130. Took him about 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong with our fridge, and another 15 to get things sorted out. All the while, had a great conversation and enjoyed speaking with him and learning about the system. I was very impressed with every aspect of his visit and won't hesitate to call again if the need arises.

Have used this company for years. This is the second time that they changed the price quoted. First time was during Covid when the technician told us that they no longer deducted the service fee if you get the work done. This was declared after the work was completed. We paid the fee and took the loss. I chalked it up to Covid crazy and called them again for other repairs. Evidently they went back to their original policy of deducting the fee if you have them do the work, like every other ethical company. This time the technician came to repair our dishwasher. He couldn’t do the work because the dishwasher was blocked in by floor tile. He advised that we get a new dishwasher because the replacement part we’d need was almost 500.00. So we purchased a new dishwasher and had the floor tile removed to facilitate the installation. The technician Larry told us not to have the appliance company deliver and install it, that he could do it. He told us that since we already paid the service fee for the repair visit that we’d only owe them 100.00 if they did it as opposed to 198.00 that the appliance company would charge. We chose to go with Larry since we’ve already spent an extra 600.00 to remove the floor tile. Another technician came to install the dishwasher. He informed us that we were to pay 319.00 for that visit and wasn’t even able to install the dishwasher due to a missing ground wire. We stopped the work and called in an electrician. My husband told the repair technician that we would have him back to do the installation after the electrical problem was fixed. He spoke with the assistant manager about the discrepancy in what we were told the installation would cost and what the technician was asking for. He asked that she would come up with a fair price and that he would pay it when they came back. We called them to come back and the assistant manager told my husband she’d let the technician who came out for the installation know and that he’d call us with a time. We didn’t hear from him for hours so my husband called back. The bookkeeper called us back a few minutes later and started screaming at me saying they weren’t coming back because we didn’t pay the technician the last visit. I tried to explain the situation to her and she kept interrupting me and screaming. I asked her to allow me to finish and to stop screaming at me. She continued yelling while denying she was yelling. I handed the phone to m6 husband and she told him she wasn’t yelling. He told her that she was pretty loud. She then told him that they weren’t coming back and that Larry told her not to because they couldn’t make us happy. We have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years. We were perfectly happy to pay a fair price but found it extremely unethical to be charged double after the agreed upon price. I liked Larry and feel really sad that they chose to do business this way.

I was impressed when "Master technician" Larry showed up the next day. talking all to impress about how good he was and how responsive they are. then a week, nothing! I started calling. I called about 12 x over the next month and it was one lie after another. they literally evaporated and never called back. one of the largest disingenuous clowns ever. never did call back. useless sludge. suspect they will go out of business for being so unprofessionally run.
