My dryer went out. Called to ask for parts and he had them in stock and was able to get my dryer working asap!!! He was very kind very informative and knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I Will definitely use Mr Parsons for any of my appliance problems !!!!

Very helpful with parts I needed to fix my own washer & was very patient with me texting questions to him. Part prices were definitely in line with online pricing & he had them on hand so no S&H or delivery time. He will continue to be my first call for any appliance issues.

Parsons was recommended to me by a friend to get rid of an old washer and dryer I had. I called and asked if they'd be interested in taking them to refurbish and sell and the guy (Robert) said he was and wanted to come by that Saturday to pick them up. He said he'd call when he was done with a job. Saturday came and he never called. I called him back the following week and asked again if he was interested. He said no to the washer but that he was interested in the dryer. Said he was on the highway but would call me back in an hour to arrange details to pickup the dryer. That was 8 hours ago. Seems like a lot of people have trouble with this guy keeping his word and honoring what he says he'll do which for me is important for somebody who repairs things. Will never reach out to this guy again.

Unprofessional that leaves jobs half finished. He forgot about the appointment we scheduled and told me I had to move my stuff around again to accommodate him. Then he called and said he won’t return…. He still has part of my dryer DON’T CALL HIM FOR ANYTHING. I have to call someone else, he just left it like this
