Basin Appliance went above and beyond by helping me with a warranty claim on a refrigerator I didn’t even purchase from them. That experience showed me I should have bought from them in the first place—and I definitely learned my lesson. When it came time to replace my washing machine, I knew exactly where to go. Aaron, Joe, and the entire team were exceptional! Their customer service and willingness to help truly set them apart.

Basin Appliance and Floor did an amazing job on our shower remodel. They helped update the look and paid attention to every detail along the way. The final result looks incredible, and they made sure everything was absolutely perfect before finishing. Highly recommend their team if you want quality work and people who truly care about the outcome. Thanks Corey

Jeremiah Hugh’s installed our new flooring. He was dependable, hardworking, helpful and honest in every way. I could not recommend him higher or any of the other staff.
