Extremely disappointed with this purchase and experience! We bought a refurbished washer and dryer set, which included delivery and installation fees. The delivery was nearly three hours late with terrible communication throughout the process. To make matters worse, the items were not clean and left our clothes smelling absolutely terrible during the first wash. The owner promised a partial refund on the delivery/installation fees to compensate for the massive delay, but they completely went back on their word and never sent the money. Between the poor communication, filthy machines, and broken promises, these units are incredibly overpriced for what you actually receive. Save your time and money and buy from somewhere else.

We had a mixed experience with this store. On the one hand, the delivery team was very fast with the physical installation of our washer and dryer. However, the communication leading up to the delivery was poor, and they arrived nearly two hours late. Additionally, they left without testing the units to ensure they were actually working. If you buy from here, just be prepared to stay on top of the schedule and double-check the hookups yourself.

I do not recommend this place. I bought a matching washing and dryer set and about a week after having it my basement filled with smoke from the washer. we called the next morning and let her know what was happening. She said she would have the technicians pick it up and they would bring a new one. After waiting a couple days and then sitting home all day waiting for them to show up on a Saturday they provided us with another washer that is the same brand but a slightly different color and the door opens a different direction. I called her and let her know that would be fine temporarily but that I wanted the other one that I initially bought fixed and returned. She said that would be fine. It has been 2 months and she always gives us the run a round. They say they do not do Refunds, okay then give me the washer I bought. I paid $550.00, I live paycheck to paycheck and can't afford to just by a washer. The temporary one they gave me works however the spin cycle is so loud that you have to yell to talk to each other on the upper floor of my house. She said, so the only reason you don't want the temporary one is because it is not the same color, like no big deal. She is now claiming we laid the washer down, we never laid the washer down which never happened. My Laundry room is to small to lay it down and there would be no need for that seems the back panel is what you would remove to work on it. Going there was the worst decision and they claim to have a 30 warranty but 1 week apparently is too long for them. I will be getting my money back one way or another!!!
