The Appliance Store

I don’t have a lot of money, so good customer service truly means a lot to me. When their delivery driver wasn’t able to come through, the owners of the store personally stepped in and made a special delivery themselves to make sure everything still happened on schedule. The team at the Ogden Appliance Store went above and beyond for me, and that kind of care is rare these days. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Thank you, Ogden Appliance Store. Bless you and your family!

Absolutely perfect experience with them! Very friendly, they answered all questions we had, and we have a new fridge for an amazing price installed only 3 days after purchase. Before going here, I attempted ordering a new fridge through a big corporation and my delivery and installation was expensive and got rescheduled twice to create a 2 month wait with no working fridge. Before even considering a big box store, go here and check out their selection and prices. This place beats the bigger competition in every category. Highly recommend!

We recently bought a fridge from this outlet store and it supposedly had cosmetic flaws… but when we unwrapped it, there’s not a blemish in sight! We just got a brand new fridge for a fraction of the cost. At some point in the moving process, a connection on the water hoses at the bottom got crunched and Junior came over to fix it the same day. Super nice staff and a really great experience buying our first fridge. Highly recommend!
