Shopping for appliances can be stressful, but Rose and her son made the entire experience seamless. We found a beautiful 36-inch rangetop (Cafe) at a great price, and their communication throughout the process was outstanding. They were honest, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. It looks absolutely beautiful in our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. This is my honest review for appliances 4 Less in Tomball Texas. Recently I had the need to buy a brand new washer and dryer on a limited budget. At first I was looking for a used set on Facebook Marketplace. I came across a video that this store had on Facebook Marketplace and was impressed by what I saw. I had concerns about calling and appliance store because I didn't want to deal with salesman, lol! However when I called, I spoke with Josh whom I found not only knowledgeable and professional but actually very down-to-earth and not at all like a Salesman trying to get me to buy what he had for sale in the showroom. He listened to me he understood my needs and my desires and we found the perfect budget-friendly washer and dryer set by LG! He arranged for us to have free delivery and set up as well as part of the deal we worked out. I am super impressed with this store and its employees especially Josh! The prices were more than competitive and the process was super easy! I highly recommend the store to anyone in need of major appliances.

This is our second time purchasing From this appliance center And we have been very satisfied both times. We Previously had secondhand issues and have been buying our products one at a time as they have stopped working. The places here are great and the appliances last a long time. The extra one year warranty is also great. Chen and Patrick installed my new Washer and made sure it works before they left. Everyone was very kind throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Josh provided great customer service in the store and was super patient with me as I went through the entire store about 4 times and made a careful selection. He was able to answer all questions I had! Patrick and Ray did a great job at delivery and install! I really appreciated my experience here and I will definitely be coming back for more allliances! So excited for my new fridge ☺️

Great service! No pressure! Very clear explanation the appliances we were looking at. Pros and cons. Pointed out in physical blemishes. Great company to work with! Delivery and set up within 15 miles, $100. Very happy to find this shop!! Patrick and Chen moved the old fridge to the garage. Had to remove doors on the new one to get it thru the door. Hooked up the water line with a new SS braided line. Super guys are talented, friendly and do great work !!
