I had a very frustrating experience with this company. Their website shows a specific part, and when I searched using the exact part number, it displayed the correct item I needed. However, when I drove an hour to the store to purchase it, the part they brought out looked completely different from the one pictured online and appeared much more cheaply made. I explained to the employee that it was not the same part shown on their website, but instead of trying to help, she became rude and got on the phone saying the other store was “the same way.” That response was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. If the website is showing a product that the store does not actually carry, the photos and listings need to be updated so customers aren’t wasting time and driving long distances for something that doesn’t exist in-store. The company really needs to improve both their customer service and the accuracy of the product photos and listings on their website.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Review for Reliable Parts – Haltom City, Texas I had an excellent experience with Reliable Parts in Haltom City, Texas, and Jackie truly made all the difference. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Jackie took the time to listen, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I got exactly the right part I needed. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Jackie, I left confident and well taken care of. If you’re in the Haltom City area and need appliance parts, I highly recommend Reliable Parts and definitely ask for Jackie. I will absolutely be back!

They need to adjust their signage to say Not Reliable Parts! So last week we ordered a part for my clothes dryer. My husband is a mechanical engineer. He gives them the part number. He goes to pick it up, pays for the part which is a temperature thermistor. They hand him the bag and he’s walking towards the door and stops, looks at the part, it’s the wrong part. Now, at this point, is this a one star review, no it’s not but here’s how the tables turn. So the hubs walks back to the counter and says, this is the wrong part. The clerk, let’s call her Karen, at the counter says, no it’s not. My husband says, I need the other thermistor. Karen sats, that dryer only has one thermistor and that’s it. My husband says, no there’s two and I need the other one. Karen says, pull up the schematic and prove it. So my college educated, knows what he’s doing, engineer pulls the schematic and shows Karen the part he needs, shows her the part number on the schematic and shows her the part number on the part that she gave him. Does Karen apologize and refund him and order the correct part? NO, she does not. Karen doubles down and calls Karen #2 over and they commence to argue with him. It ended with him getting a refund and now we’re driving to Mesquite which is over an hour away with traffic Lesson to business owner: ALL employees in a parts store should know how to read a schematic and have basic reading skills of at least a 6th grader and have some type of customer service skills. Your Karen employees just pissed off a contractor and his wife who will spread the word not to deal with your location.

These women in here have a very bad attitude they’re very aggressive. They don’t listen to what you say. I try to get a part and they hurried me out of the out of the store. They didn’t even try to help. I will never step foot back in this store, as long as those women are in control of customer service. My review is not based on the parts they carry, but by the way I was treated from the moment I walked into the store. Attitudes don’t dictate inventory. Poor Customerservice is a choice.
