Jenkins Appliance

I bought a set from them last year during Thanksgiving I paid cash they installed it the next day on Friday. Now I have called them various times because my drier stop drying and I need them to repair it, I have told that my warranty has ran out but I need to know how much they will charge me to get it fixed and they keep telling me over and over again that they'll look into it and give me a call back and they never do. I don't know if they knew this was going to happen that's why they are refusing to get in contact wland keep giving the whole " we'll call you back's bull crap. They have great reviews so I didn't think they would act like this.

I bought a washer dryer set from them July 6. I wasnt moving for another few weeks and had access to another washer until early August. When i went to use the washer it did a couple of loads, then now only gives an f35 error. I called July 17 and no one got back to me. I called August 5 and a man told me he would look into it and call me back shortly. I didnt hear from anyone so I called twice on August 7 and spoke to a man the second time who said he could send someone around 1pm on August 8. It's 2:15pm on August 8. I called and left a message, then checked their site only to see they lied to me because they arent even open today.

Jenkins is the best!! I will always check with them when I need a new appliance. Bought a fridge from Jenkins and it wouldn’t cool properly within the first month. Jenkins sent a repair guy to try to fix it and the problem kept occurring. After about 2 months, they installed a replacement and there has been no issues! They are great!

If you want quality gently used appliances at amazing prices, Jenkins is the place!! I needed a new fridge but didnt have new fridge money. The repair man from Oliver Dyer suggested this place. Greg was great! Bought my fridge and it was delivered the same day. We live in a cute old house in Morningside so getting that fridge in was not easy. It took the guy over 2 hours to work around the small entry ways, but he did it!
