I bought a washing machine from him. From the first day, I couldn't use it. I called and wrote to him, but he refused to help. Then he said he would send a technician, but he never arrived. He told me he would arrive the next day at 10:00, but he didn't show up. I lost a day of work and had to find a technician myself because this man doesn't keep his word. Be careful if you buy from him. //response to the lie : That's a lie. I sent the video of the damage, and uploading it doesn't ruin it. Hypocrite. Offering something but not delivering is an empty promise, liar. Your warranty is a joke. I wasted my time and a day of work waiting for your technician who never showed up.

Purchased refrigerator yesterday with warranty. Customer Service 10/10 whole process was smooth and easy. A lot of choices and he personally spoke on each appliance so I had options. Prices can’t be beat. I tried 5 other places before coming here GLAD I CAME!
