Hamilton Bryan has a monopoly on customer service!!! We would not shop any other place for furniture or appliances. Their merchandise is the highest quality available and they aim to please on every level! Whether you're purchasing a new water filter, or a high end refrigerator, they value our business and treat us like royalty. They will treat you the same way too!! We are extremely lucky to have such fine people, with the utmost integrity and honesty, in WF. Don't waste your time going to a box store, or any other place for furniture or appliances, as Hamilton Bryan truly is the BEST place around!!!

Welcomed within 5 minutes of entering the store. I told Donna what the situation was and she began showing me refrigerators that (on sale) would fall into my price range. She shared the features of each and I made my decision. I didn’t feel I needed to shop any further. I got delivery and haul off the next day. The delivery/installation team were great and I am back up and running! Thank you Donna for your speedy and very efficient help!

My wife and I researched and found a 6 piece bedroom set that we wanted to purchase. We searched around town for stores that sold the bedroom set. We briefly visited Hamilton Bryan and talked with Donna just before the store closed for the day. Having shopped around for months for this set and knowing the local sale prices, we didn’t need to look around anymore. Donna communicated with us through text/email and we were able to purchase the bedroom set through text. Easiest purchase we’ve ever made. Through the process, Donna was patient as we communicated back-and-forth making adjustments to our order and she answered any questions that we had. Awesome experience! We live in Dallas and chose to make the drive to Wichita Falls and purchase our complete master bedroom furniture with Hamilton Bryant bc of great selections and prices! We were referred to them by a close friend that had used them for years, went to there website and selected the items we were interested in and called them for an appointment to see the selection in person and purchased while there! The staff and GM Steve gave us a white glove 5 star experience and just felt right! The prices are very competitive, by far the best prices compared to other furniture and mattress stores we explored around DFW. Totally worth it! We are sleeping great and our Master bedroom looks like a picture you would see in a home and garden living magazine! They are the best!
