I have bought a stainless cook top to replace my old broken one. This order arrived in time as expected. The installation is on time and efficient, installation crew was very capable to remove old cooktop and they put everything together properly. This is functioning nicely after installation. The new appliance also look nicer. Cost overall is also very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Super nice, workers are super nice and knowledgeable about the appliances. They even do delivery and installments. I bought a washer and dryer that was refurbished. They told me they have a 2 week window in case the appliances don’t work or malfunction, they can help find a replacement or give a refund. They talked about other options I had. I was honestly surprised at how pleasant my experience was, seeing as I found this hidden gem from Facebook marketplace!

Went above and beyond to wait for us a little over closing time so we could pick up and take home the same day. we were hunting down the matte black speed queen washer and dryer and everyone kept telling us it would be a 8+ week delay. Big tex had them in stock and my wife was over the moon! They were loaded up in our trailer perfectly. Great experience. Thank you for such great customer service 😎
