We found Big Tex based on reviews and decided to give them a try. John Li is such a pleasure to work with! We wanted the Speed Queen washer and dryer. He took the time and explained the different models and how they work. We bought the washer and dryer, and it was delivered in 2 days. David was the installer and also a pleasure to work with, very respectful! I know that for any future appliance purchases, we will definitely use Big Tex!
