Canales Furniture / Mueblería Mesquite

Kevin was so helpful and made our entire experience super smooth from start to finish! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. We were able to get next-day delivery, which is very unusual when purchasing furniture. We even went back to add a nightstand, and Kevin had us in and out of the store in no time. We’re very happy with our purchase and the service we received. Highly recommend asking for Kevin if you’re shopping for furniture!

Christina was an amazing help with getting our new couch! The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, she greeted us with great enthusiasm and was ready to assist us. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciated her excellent customer service and would highly recommend working with her. Thank you, Christina, for making our furniture shopping experience such a positive one!

Juanita was very attentive and patient with me!! She answered all my questions , gave me several payment options. I came to the mesquite location she had me in and out. Great customer service EDIT DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE. I BOUGHT TWO BEDS 7 MONTHS AGO ONE FOR ME AND INE FOR MY SON BOTH BEDS ARE TEARING UP. CLEARLY THEY WERE NOT ASSEMBLED CORRECTLY, WHICH WILL SHOW OVER TIME. ITS DEFINITELY SHOWING NOW!!! I AM AN ADULT AND HE IS 18. SO NO INE IS PLAYING AND JUMPING IN THE BEDS. BELOW ARE TWO DIFFERENT BEDS, BOTH ARE DETACHING FROM THE FRAME

I had an excellent experience with Canales Furniture Store in Mesquite on town East Boulevard. I contacted them yesterday, and within just one day, my furniture was delivered to my apartment and fully set up. The service was incredibly fast and efficient. I also want to give a special thanks to Ashley, who helped me throughout the entire purchase. She was very patient and understanding, especially since I was making everything happen last minute. Her support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend shopping here if you're looking for great service and a hassle-free experience.
