Nipper Guarantee Appliances

Cannot get over how incredible their customer service was: they do business the way it is intended to be done and treat their customer's as if they are family. Extremely friendly and accommodating, they have a great selection of both used and new appliances, all at prices that are hard to beat. I highly recommend them if you are looking for affordability backed by service!

Went in to buy a part to fix my dryer. The gentleman that helped me only had a 4 pk and didn't want me to have to buy all 4 when I only needed 1. He asked me to tell him what was going on and afterwards took me back and showed me what else to look for and then handed me a gently used part for no money at all. His advice was awesome and I got my dryer fixed up and running. That is truly great service and I will be back if I ever need a part or service on any of my appliances!

Horrible place of business. I've never written a review before and my experience with Nipper has pushed me to this. Multiple people have hauled my washer to their store for repair 3-4 times now. Each time we've been told that x amount of loads were ran in it, only to run 1-2 once installed again and have the same issue. The last time we were given 2 different reasons as to what the issue was, said they ran 10 loads in it, only to try it once at home and have it not work. I called last week to schedule the repair to come out and switch out the part for today, Tuesday, between 9-10. I went out of my way and made sure to have someone there and available and even called this morning to make sure they were still coming out. Only to receive a call this afternoon asking for a good time to schedule the repair. I explained I had already scheduled it and called to confirm this morning and was told they would "squeeze me in if they could." They lie and obviously do not have the communication and organization to keep up with their work and customers that any professional, decent place of business should have. Do not use!!!
