Nipper Guarantee Appliances

Cannot get over how incredible their customer service was: they do business the way it is intended to be done and treat their customer's as if they are family. Extremely friendly and accommodating, they have a great selection of both used and new appliances, all at prices that are hard to beat. I highly recommend them if you are looking for affordability backed by service!

Went in to buy a part to fix my dryer. The gentleman that helped me only had a 4 pk and didn't want me to have to buy all 4 when I only needed 1. He asked me to tell him what was going on and afterwards took me back and showed me what else to look for and then handed me a gently used part for no money at all. His advice was awesome and I got my dryer fixed up and running. That is truly great service and I will be back if I ever need a part or service on any of my appliances!

I purchased a new refrigerator and a used freezer. The refrigerator is great. The freezer was not. It hasn't worked since we bought it and was "repaired" under warranty. We were offered a refund and will be returning the freezer. My complaint is not with Nipper Appliance, but the quality of work being produced today. Does nobody care about pride in self today?
