I was at the Garland location about 3 weeks ago and picked up a glass soap dispenser with a silicone bottom, it was broken and I cut the side of my hand. I took it to the front asked for a First aid kit cause it was bleeding pretty bad. The aid kit had gauze and bandaids, nothing else. I was worried about an infection and it was a pretty deep cut.The supervisor on duty made an incident report and stated I would be contacted on Monday by Mgmt but the call never came. I called the store and asked to speak to the Mgr just last week and asked for a call back and still no call so I called Corporate and spoke to the "Safety" dept. Again I was told that the would pass on the incident to the District Mgr and here we are today and yet not one Ollie's representative has reach out. Clearly Ollie's can care less about the safety of their customers. I don't care how big their discounts are, I will never support their business again. Clearly a lawsuit waiting to happen if someone gets more than a cut on their hand. Do Better Ollie's!

Please, train her: the cashier at closing time, today, who wears glasses. I rushed here remembering at the last minute the meager 15-percent discount expired, today. I live three suburbs away, not counting Garland. So, I forgot I have to show the e-mail that has the bar codes. I don’t frequent the store nor seize the discount days as a habit. She whined when I asked — immediately after the purchase if I had received the discount (after giving my cell number when she asked). “Did you give it (the bar code) to me?” she quipped. She whined when I asked if I could do a refund and use the bar code to repurchase. She whined after I went to a more familiar cashier to do the transaction — the cashier who was explaining to her how to do it. She was still griping when I exited the store. She whined being “ready to go home” as I waited in her co-worker’s line for a seamless refund-repurchase-with-discount-bar-code. “9 more minutes,” she chimed to the male manager. I wish I had stayed home. She is polluting vibes with her negative, immature energy. Please, train her.

Can you find a little bit of everything miscellaneous knick knacks: books, bedding, soaps, ceramics, etc. They could be a little less proud of the detergent in there you can get it about the same price everywhere else, as well a certain other things. Just got to stay in for a while look around and find a good deal. Be careful cuz they share the parking lot with dd's discount in some of the people going in there can be kind of raggedy.

It’s a big store that has a bunch of STUFF. A bunch of random stuff anything from food to cookware to blankets mattresses giant rugs a lot of stuff that she won’t even need. I guess items I went out of style. A lot of seasonal things . Looking at pricing, the pricing is pretty basic from anywhere else. It just seems like a giant store filled with infomercial items that did not sell. A store filled with a ton of junk .

Stuff that basically doesn't sell at retail stores, or the lesser brand equivalent that is overstocked due to low sales. All the closeouts, overstocks and buyouts you can find. This place is full of them. Sometimes you find good deals, but mostly not. The prices are not closeout. Tide laundry detergent, closeout flavor variety is only $0.97 cheaper than retail. Not very great, but they have a large selection of stuff you wouldn't really purchase normally a lot of like books, carpets/rugs, outdoor tarps, bedding and kitchen. Emmy shopping but watch your prices.
