Before arriving, they thoughtfully called ahead to let me know they would be there in about 20 minutes, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. That level of professionalism and consideration is so appreciated. From the moment they arrived, both Rico and Justen were warm, respectful, courteous, and incredibly professional.
They carefully removed my old appliance and then expertly installed the new one. The installation was not easy because the space was a very tight fit, but they handled everything with such patience, precision, and care. They worked thoughtfully and cautiously the entire time, making sure everything was done perfectly while also treating my home with great respect.
What stood out most was their attitude. They were genuinely kind, gracious, polite, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and pleasant because of their calm professionalism and positive attitude.
