AC decided to stop blowing cold on a Saturday at 5pm. Chris got the call and gave me expert advice on how to power cycle my condenser. About 40 minutes later I was back up and running. He saved us both time and money. Big shout out to this company and to Chris himself. Life saver. Next time I need AC work, you'll be first on my list. Thank you

They are quick to come, diagnose, and fix, but this is the second time it seems like I’ve received a very high quote (comparing to chat GPT estimates). We’ve spent about $6000 with them in the past 2.5 months, and it feels like they are very quick to replace rather than try to fix. To be fair, it is an 18 year old unit, but we’ve had plenty of AC work done on this house and another in this zip code. Overall, when googling prices, their prices seem to be VERY high. But their work was fine and they were quick to get us scheduled.

Bobby came out to diagnose our Electrolux washing machine that was getting an error code. He throughly explained what the possible issues could be. He showed up to the appointment on time and swiftly serviced the broken washing machine. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer some other questions which was greatly appreciated.

Had my AC go out first day of June, AACE was able to send guys out to take a look within a day of calling them. Mike and Chris were great, they were able to come out on short notice and were able to get it working again same day. Reasonable price, they were very honest in explaining what the problem was, and what the options for fixing it were which was appreciated. Will be going with them again in the future if I need AC/Heater repairs or replacement.
