GREAT SERVICE! Phylis was ALWAYS willing to research new appliances and answer any questions I asked her. Awesome experience! She even doublechecked for more sale prices when I was ready to purchase my appliances.

This is the appliance store I have returned to often because they make it so easy and satisfying. This time after a home fire and rebuild I needed several appliances. Since I had shopped there in the past, I knew I could get the service and selection I needed. Phyllis Lawrence was great to work with. Since I am disabled, I was able to use on line shopping and ordering by phone with help from Phyllis. Such a relief. Will come back again when I need replacement

I was in desperate need of a refrigerator ASAP for my dog shelter—our old one had completely died. I called and spoke with a wonderful man named Sean, who told me about their dented and scratched inventory options. I ended up getting a great unit for $1,000 off retail price with next-day delivery. I couldn’t be happier on any level!

Benjamin was professional and thorough on the install. Sean in sales guided us to the best deal on a high end dishwasher that is perfect for our home.
