I had a great experience with Alex, the owner of Appliance 2 Go in Arlington. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were easy to work with when it came to negotiation and overall customer service. After getting the fridge and freezer home and hooked up, I realized the refrigerator’s water supply line was broken. I reached out, and without any hassle, he came back out the very next day and fixed it under the 60-day warranty he provides. That kind of follow-through and integrity really stood out to me. I highly recommend Appliance 2 Go if you’re looking for quality appliances and someone who truly stands behind their work.

We didn’t even receive the appliance yet and the store owner refused to refund us. He wanted to charge a 40% “restocking fee” even though the appliance is still sitting right there in his store. Unethical business.
