Electronic Express

With full transparency, I would like First state that I understand that stuff happens But We were forced to pay for delivery and installation of a TV and we’re unable to take it home ourselves due to the size and risk factor of the TV cracking, which I somewhat understand we wait a couple days for them to deliver it. They remove our old TV and install the new one once the new one was installed. They realize that it was cracked whether it was from the factory shipment or whatever doesn’t change the fact that it was cracked. They took the old TV back, leaving us without a TV for several days with it being our only usable TV and having several small children We could not simply lean the TV up against the wall for a safety risk no compensation or nothing just yep sorry it’ll be there four days later. Have a good day!

We just replaced all of the appliances in our kitchen with the help of Brennan and Dylan from the Spring Hill location. These are not used car salesmen but rather genuinely caring and understanding folks with big hearts. They are a true dream team of knowledge and knowledge of discounts available for their customers. They both jumped through hoops to find the very best appliances that we could afford. Their knowledge and service are of the highest caliber and Electronic Express just earned a forever customer with our family. Jorge and Jorge installed everything within three hours and they worked very hard in this summer heat to ensure we were satisfied with every detail. Good men they are. Thank you Electronic Express for helping our family through this whole process!

Five Stars!! From our initial walk inside the store where we met with GM, Dylan, to the final install- we have been well taken care of through every step! Brennan was amazing as he helped us pick out our kitchen package, even items qualifying for rebates, all while sticking to our budget. His product knowledge was impressive, and his work ethic was quick and meticulous. He knew how to do his job diligently, and we bought 4 new appliances, within our budget, within the 40 minute window we had to shop. [Kudos to Dylan also, for knowing the capabilities of staff so that we would be paired with the right person, quickly while he attended to another customer.] Our appliances were delivered and installed today, which was also great service. Two men named Jorge came and were also pleasant people and very hardworking. They also knew what they were doing and were able to answer all of our questions. [And they let our kids keep the fridge box to play in!] :) Great job, EE. You hired some great people, our kitchen looks great with these appliances AND we qualify to get some money back!!! We will definitely be shopping with y'all again soon!

First time to Electronic Express in Spring Hill, Tennessee. This place is surprisingly large and has practically any electronic device, appliance and even mattresses that you could want. The place is spotless head to toe, spacious, and the staff were super excellent. I left wanting to come back as soon as I can! Great store and great folks! Prices are good as well.
