If I could give 100 stars I would. My dryer went out Sunday night. I called first thing on Monday morning and Regan was amazing, he let me know they had the Speed Queen dryer in stock and I would get a call that evening to schedule the appointment for install. Sam called me mid afternoon and was able to get me in first thing Wednesday. Tim arrived 15 minutes early and got the dryer set up quickly, he even confirmed that I received the one I wanted because it was a different model than the one they were removing. He and his assistant (sorry didn’t get his name) set it up and made sure I knew how to use all the functions. Absolutely amazing customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I highly recommend Quinn Appliances. Thank you so much for the best experience.

my husband bought a 900 washer on june 3rd said would be delivered couple of days no word so he called monday 8th said manager would call back he called agin wednesday the 10th again no call back went in had to raise a stink said it would be next thursday he told them he wasnt leaving until he was getting today well they delivered guy was super thats the only reason i gave 2 stars just to not even care to call back bad business will not buy anything else from them.

We bought a Wolf induction range at Quinn. We had no intention of buying a Wolf or investing so much ($10,000!) in an oven but my husband loves to cook and the salesperson did a good job in explaining how and why we would love it. However, after we ordered it, two months passed and we didn't hear from anyone. I called and was given an expected delivery date. That date came and went so I called again. Our oven had arrived without paperwork and no one checked it. If I hadn't had called we would still be waiting. Then it got worse. The oven was delivered but the delivery people didn't check to make sure it worked. My husband was struggling to get the oven up to temperature. It was supposed to be able to get to 550 but it didn't. After some investigation we discovered that one of the fans wasn't working. It was the week of Thanksgiving and we were having guests in from out of town. We were able to get by until a repairman could be scheduled. The repairman found that a screw was missing from the fan and he had to order the part. It would take 2 more weeks! We finally got the brand new oven fixed right before Christmas. We had contacted Wolf and our Quinn salesperson. No compensation was offered and barely even an apology. So if you're looking to blow 10 grand and get mediocre service and wait months for a functioning range then this is the place for you. Needless to say we won't be back.

Service has been very helpful with insurance claims. Appliances are beautiful but WARNING!!! - get the insurance on your appliances folks!!!! So far I’ve had a claim on my frigidaire Freezer for leaking where no man could repair, my Kitchenaide cooktop burners have cracked 3 times- in 3 years 😟 and now my frigidaire fridge has a mysterious 5” crack beside the glass shelf. The Kitchenaide microwave also has been repaired because I burned a bag of popcorn in it and it caused a repairable problem. It’s not Quinn‘s fault but Frigidaire and Kitchenaid‘s quality has obviously changed.

Bought a new microwave from them (installed myself) and it had an issue after install and wouldnt power on called salesman John and let him know the issue He said to bring it back and they would swap out the unit took the one we purchased back to the store and they swapped it out with no problems they are a great team to work with big props for EXCELLENT customer care from Kristen Hanna, and John. Yall Rock. 10/10 would recommend friends and family.
