Only place in Kingsport that I could find a replacement part for my washing machine that I could pick up that day. Every other place, I had to order the part, and it wouldn't be here till end of July. Thanks to Milhorn Appliance , I was able to use my washer again within hours of picking up the replacement part.

Highly recommend. I called because my dryer wouldn't heat up and they were so expert in so many areas that they led me to my circuit breaker to show the malfunction there. It just needed to be reset in a very specific way that I had never seen before. I didn't have to pay for unnecessary repairs. 5+ stars! I've got them on speed dial now. :-)

Our technician was awesome! Our water dispenser from the fridge was only giving a small stream of water. Technician came out, did a trouble shoot w/o pulling out our fridge and found the trouble was in the door! It was wonderful! Repairs were made thoroughly and in a quick timeframe. Highly recommend!

It’s interesting the mixed reviews. I have nothing but positive things to save re: Millhorn appliances. They came out the very day I called, very polite and professional. Everything was done really in a superb way. I think Nathan was replace a part amazing. Really knew his stuff and fixed the dishwasher without having to replace a part, and temporarily (at least) fixed the stove. He Let me know the cost to replace the big part that was broken and we may get back to them or we may just trust and allow for a while. In any case, totally professional and it was a great experience. I am grateful!

I live in a condo and when we purchased the unit the fridge was a permanent fixture. It was great until the heater in the freezer went out! I called Milhorn based on several people telling me they were great people! Well, Nathan proved them all right, as he was the nicest and most helpful person I have encountered in ANY service industry! Even though he had to order my part and it would be a week before he could fix it, he made sure to do a temporary fix so that we had a fridge for that week! He is awesome and really knows his trade very well! He diagnosed my problem in literally 1 minute! I would highly recommend Milhorn appliance to anyone needing appliance help!
