Luke is our salesman, & is one of the best "salesmen" we've ever had- didn't TRY or PUSH to sell us anything, just listened closely to what we wanted, & showed us our best choices, explaining the difference of each & every model, of each piece we needed, which were a washer & dryer, and a kitchen set of refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. He researched how to get us all matching in the Black Stainless Steel, which not all pieces are made in; and really spent his calm energy in explaining to us, what functions do, which perform better and about warranties in language we could understand, although he is articulate, intelligent, & very knowledgeable of his products, he answered All our questions with professional grace & polite courtesy. He even stayed after closing with us to finish our picking products, to be sure we felt like important customers, not just a quick sale for him! We never felt hurried, rushed or pressured in any way. This young man is an exceptionally gifted addition to Karl's Team in Rapid City, SD. We have had great experience with Karl's in Watertown, but are moving across the state, so visited the Rapid City Store & discovered Luke, as my fiance' had called earlier & spoke with him on the phone, prompting us to go there instead of Lowes or other appliance stores. Our experience with Luke has been stellar, we haven't received our order yet, as its being held for us till the home is ready, so we are hoping & are sure that our continued experience with Karl's itself will be just as stellar, on our items & delivery, and should we ever need service on any of our purchases in the future. Thanks, Luke, for being one of the best & smoothest parts of our entire home build...perfect & seemless, so far, making us feel Valued!

The delivery men were great and had to work hard due to age of house. They were very helpful and good at teaching about new appliances. Luke was very nice at the store as salesperson. May only complaint is having to wait over 6 weeks to receive appliances which would make me leary about buying there again and having the plumber refusing to hookup new dishwasher so I will buy that elsewhere.

My dryer stopped working, called Karl's. They've had a dryer and a fridge part we needed in the past. Always happens on a Saturday when the parts section isn't open. They've always had the part, always been willing to get it for us anyway. Today, however was over the top! Called and spoke with Orion C. He immediately went into search mode, found what I needed. Of course they had the part in stock, and yep... its Saturday! He grabbed it for me, we went in and had discovered we needed another part.. he found it. Did they have it? OF COURSE THEY DID! Thats not all tho, seems they have a few and dont go through them so much, so we got it for half the retail price! These guys are right by our house, never too busy that someone cant help you. Always happy to help. They've never let us down! Thanks Orion, you saved my old mans life! 😉 Thank you Karls!
