I had a very disappointing experience with this furniture company. Not only was the customer service poor, but I was also told that my payment information would be removed from their system after I specifically requested it. I was assured that my card had been deleted, only to later find out that it was still being kept on file. The lack of communication, transparency, and follow-through is unacceptable, especially when it comes to customers’ financial information. I expected a company handling sensitive payment details to take my request seriously and honor it promptly. Instead, I was given inaccurate information and left feeling like my concerns did not matter. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Customers deserve better service, honesty, and respect when it comes to protecting their personal and financial information.

I’ve been with Farmers for at least over 7 years at this point and within this time NEVER have I just missed a payment! Even though my payment is due on the first I had always been able to make my payment towards the middle to end of month, regardless THE PAYMENT WAS ALWAYS MADE! However over the past few months I have been harassed relentlessly, they call me, they call my mom, they call my aunt, they call my Godmother. It’s truly overbearing. Especially for someone who has been a loyal customer for years and never misses a monthly payment. At this point it’s almost as though I’d rather them take me to court, they’ll call and when I answer they interrogate me about why my bill isn’t paid yet, I tell them look I have other bills, I’ve had a baby recently, I’ve moved, I’ve lost my job and life is hard. BUT THE BILL STILL GETS PAID. I’m just honestly not comfortable doing business with them anymore, when I pay this account off I’ll be closing my account with them.
