NB Appliances LLC

Great experience here! Welcoming environment and professional. We bought a refrigerator from them 3 years ago and it’s still working great! Just visited them today about a washer and dryer and they helped us pick the right one for my grandma. Also, the delivery process is fast! Highly recommend them! If we need anything else or know of someone who does, will definitely keep them in mind! Appreciate them a lot!

I noticed the great reviews for this store and decided to visit because my mother needed a new stove. I waited a few days after using the stove before writing this review to be fair. Plus, since the store is Black-owned, I was happy to support my community. That was another reason we chose to shop here. At first, we couldn’t find the exact stove we wanted, but they offered to look for it, which I appreciated. They weren’t able to find it, but that was fine. We went back and bought one of the stoves they had in stock because we liked those as well. And I’m more than happy with our new stove! Outstanding customer service and patience, for sure! One thing I always look for is how a company treats its other customers. I was delighted to see another customer casually visiting because she had also been served very well by this company. It was very refreshing! Reasonable prices, nice selection for a small business, black-owned, and friendly! You can't go wrong! We'll return for any future appliance needs! Thank you and keep up the great work!

My parents refrigerator stopped working out of nowhere, and Name Brand Appliances had exactly what they needed. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, the pricing was unbeatable, and the delivery was fast and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Name Brand Appliances to anyone looking for quality appliances and great service.

My experience here was simply great. I went looking for a used frig and stove. I purchased one of each. It was delivered exactly when the proprieter said it would be. He checked the stove and 2 of the eyes didn't work, so he took it right back. He offered me a new stove for a significant discount. He brought the new one and told me to bring the balance in a couple weeks as his store was closed for remodeling. Good, reliable old school trustworthy and trusting service. He had good a good selection of name and used brand name appliances very reasonable priced. I MOST HIGHLY recommend that if you're in the market for appliances, this is a GREAT place to shop.

We bought a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher from them and they are still running strong! Come see them for all your appliance needs and you can't go wrong!
