Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience buying furniture in New Jersey, so choosing the right furniture store this time was very important to us. After reading the outstanding reviews for Kimbrell’s Furniture, the decision was easy. From the very first phone call, every employee we interacted with was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. Then we were introduced to Joe Luongo, the store manager at the Goose Creek location, and that’s when the experience became exceptional. Joe made the entire process completely seamless from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way. I can honestly say that I won’t buy another piece of furniture from anyone else. I 100% recommend Joe Luongo and the entire team at Kimbrell’s Furniture to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a stress-free buying experience. My sister visited your location over a year ago to purchase furniture for an assisted living client. The shopping experience was fantastic then. Knowledgeable and courteous staff then , now a year later even better for myself. Very pleased that the unique king sized headboard I was seeking was in stock and the knowledge warehouse staff were on top of their game, about their on hand inventory.
