My wife and I recently moved here and purchased our new townhouse. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience buying furniture in New Jersey, so choosing the right furniture store this time was very important to us. After reading the outstanding reviews for Kimbrell’s Furniture, the decision was easy. From the very first phone call, every employee we interacted with was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. Then we were introduced to Joe Luongo, the store manager at the Goose Creek location, and that’s when the experience became exceptional. Joe made the entire process completely seamless from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way. I can honestly say that I won’t buy another piece of furniture from anyone else. I 100% recommend Joe Luongo and the entire team at Kimbrell’s Furniture to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a stress-free buying experience. Thank you Joe and you all for making what could have been another stressful experience into such a fantastic one!

Came in to redo my contract a couple weeks ago sales people were good. When it came down to redo my contract because I wanted to add on something Jenna helped me be able to do it. You can walk into a business and can tell who likes their job and who doesn’t. She made sure I was taken care of and explained everything to me in detail. If anybody wants to get furniture at Kimbrells make sure Jenna helps you out when it comes down to financing or even making a payment

My sister visited your location over a year ago to purchase furniture for an assisted living client. The shopping experience was fantastic then. Knowledgeable and courteous staff then , now a year later even better for myself. Very pleased that the unique king sized headboard I was seeking was in stock and the knowledge warehouse staff were on top of their game, about their on hand inventory.
