Jeff Lynch Appliance and TV Center

On Saturday, July 18th, late afternoon I went to Jeff Lynch looking for a new washer and dryer for my new apartment. I was on a hurried deadline as I had been involved with the closing of a house, packing, downsizing, and deciding what furniture/appliances were needed. My family and I had been customers of Jeff Lynch for years and were satisfied with the quality of their goods including washing machines, televisions, etc. The salesman who assisted me was Jarrad. He was very excited and knowledgeable about the appliances. I told him what I insisted on and he truthfully told me which brand would meet those needs , but left the decision to me. Then, he guaranteed a Tuesday delivery date. On Tuesday, I was contacted by Mazio informing me of when he and his partner, Patrick would be there. They had other jobs booked in 3 towns in NC but were definitely going to set up my washer cone rain or shine. They brought a heavy washer and dryer to the 4th floor of my apartment, refused to leave until everything was set up perfectly. They were polite and professional and careful with the appliances. So, if you're looking for good customer service, professionalism, and where you state what you want and need and each person goes the extra mile for you, Jeff Lynch appliances is the best!!! Patrick and Andrew were absolutely amazing! Very professional, not to mention very careful when installing are new washer. It was a tight space and they didn’t hit anything at all. Not the walls or anything. They were so careful with it, just like if it were their own! Very impressed and they were super nice! I’ve never had someone come to install anything and be this great!

Special thanks to Patrick and Hunter for the flawless delivery of our new leather couch and 2 power recliners. They communicated effectively with us to let us know an exact arrival time for our Saturday delivery. They were professional and courteous. Frank was our furniture salesperson and he was exceptionally patient with us during our decision making process. When we ordered appliances for our new construction home last year, Rowdy was a wealth of knowledge about best choices for our kitchen and laundry room. I would recommend Jeff Lynch for all appliance and furniture needs. We have been thrilled with their service quality and because of that have used them for the past 25 years.

Had to purchase a washer and dryer for my rental property. John W., Jorge C. and James S. were outstanding with customer service and affordability. I can tell this is a good company to do business with and I highly recommend considering them for your home appliances. They were excellent with communicating to me to confirm the installation. After purchase and scheduling install on Friday, I asked for a Monday delivery/install which they scheduled for the 9a-1pm window. Saturday afternoon they called to see if I would like it delivered early, if I was home and available, but I was not and kept the Monday morning delivery. They called at 8am to confirm again and then when they were ten minutes away. It is nice to work with a company that respects communication with the customer, and being respectful to customers availability. Jorge and James showed up on time and had my washer and dryer up to the 2nd floor and installed properly in 45 minutes. While installing, they found a water leak at the connection and corroded pipes. They fixed the water leak and kept me informed of everything. Great service for a good price. These days, you can’t pass that up.

I recently purchased a power recliner from Jeff Lynch Appliance and Furniture Center in Greenville, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and truly customer-focused. The sales process was easy and enjoyable, and I was especially impressed that my recliner was delivered the very next day. That level of efficiency is hard to find! A special thanks to the delivery team, Kevin and Rick. They were polite, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took great care during delivery and setup, making sure everything was perfect before they left. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out.
