Mary is the greatest! We really appreciate her time, effort and patience she gave us during our purchase. She took the time to make sure that we were happy with the appliances we picked out. Also, she went the extra mile to make sure we chose the right washer and dryer too! Her level of professionalism was beyond wonderful! We went into Queen City Appliance and Furniture store in Columbia, SC looking for a specific name brand appliances. The Employees were extremely kind and very helpful. Their prices were more reasonable that other appliance stores in Columbia area and were able to offer discounts from the manufacturer of the appliances saving us money. No other store had ever mentioned to us about the manufacturer savings. When money is tight for everyone this matters. I recommend them highly.

My daughter and myself went to Queen City Homestore to look around at appliances and furniture for her new home and also my home. While we were there we met Craig Beasley who was very friendly , knowledgeable and just an all around awesome salesman. He even called around and found another loveseat to the set I wanted because it had already been sold. I couldn’t be more pleased with the three piece beautiful couch set I purchased.The delivery men Randy and Minor who delivered the set a few days later was just as nice and very professional.

We had such a great experience with Queen City and our salesperson, Mary Wright. Our washer went out and we had company coming, and Mary helped us get set up with a new one (and a matching dryer) and got it delivered the next day. Our delivery drivers (Carlos and Enrique) were amazing and did a phenomenal job with the installation of our new washer and dryer. We were so happy with the whole process and would absolutely recommend this store - and we will be shopping here again!

We needed to replace our washer and dryer and visited Queen City Homestore in Columbia, SC for the first time. We were extremely pleased with our shopping experience! Marcus Lawson and Craig Beasley were both very friendly and knowledgeable; they were readily available to answer questions but gave us space to look on our own --the perfect combination!
